  1. What carrier do you use for shipping?
    We usually ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). If we drop ship an item from the manufacturer we will use the most cost effective method, primarily UPS or FedEX. If you would like a different shipping option, please contact us.
  2. Do you ship to APO/FPO?Yes. As we primarily use USPS shipping to APO/FPO is no problem.
  3. Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes. Shipping charges will be calculated in the shopping cart at time of purchase.
  4. How soon will my item ship?
    Most in stock items ship within 1 business day. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us to ensure your package arrives on time.
  5. What is the return policy?
    For normal returns, or exchanges, just return the item in unused condition within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, or store credit. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied for all non-defective returns. Buyer is also responsible for shipping costs
  6. When I received my item there was a problem with it, do I have to pay shipping and restocking fees?
    No if you're not satisfied with any product due to quality or defectiveness, just contact Faithfulbaby within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Faithfulbaby will cover the costs of the return for the buyer, including shipping and restocking fees.
